Born in Peru, training in Toronto, ON, Lucio from a very young age has always been included towards sports.
Lucio has won many medals in Greco-Roman Wrestling.
Former Olympic Wrestler Athlete in Atlanta 1996
Gold medal in the South American Championship
Gold medal in the regional Championship
Silver medal in an International Tournament in Cuba
Lucio was elected best fighting Athlete in 1997 from Peru
Lucio continues to expand his knowledge in the fitness industry. He supports others in their fitness journey and encourages people to try activities outside their norm.
Lucio teaches alongside with Zuleidi.
Lucio has organized in-person and virtual fitness events showcasing other instructors from around the world like Brazil, Canada, and USA. He regularly attends fitness conventions.
Lucio is also a father of three children who he regularly shares his fitness knowledge with.
